Robert is a London, Ontario lawyer. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montreal and his Master of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. Called to the bar in 1993, he has worked in law offices in Toronto, Kitchener, and Oakville.
Since his call to the bar, Robert has practiced with Thomson Mahoney Delorey in London, in the areas of family law and litigation. His family law practice includes resolving claims related to custody and access, child support, spousal support, and the division of property. Resolution is most often accomplished through the negotiation of a separation agreement but will sometimes require the prosecution of proceedings in family court.
Robert’s litigation practice includes real estate, commercial, and estate litigation.
Robert has been active in supporting environmental research and education, particularly with respect to the protection and conservation of fresh water. He is a long-term Director of the non-profit Elmvale Foundation.
His interests include travel, gardening, history, soccer, fitness, environmental issues, and reading. His two sons study science at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto, respectively.
